All You Need is Faith

Faith is defined as confidence or trust in a person or thing, belief that is not based on "proof", or belief in God or in religious doctrine... (Dictionary.com)

However, according to the Word of God, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things unseen... Heb 11:1

Faith, what a powerful word, and what a powerful thing, Faith can move mountains, Faith can heal the sick, Faith can open blinded eyes, and Faith can define who we are...

Habakkuk 2:4 ...but the Just shall lively Faith...
Romans 1:17 For by it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith...

Faith! It is what we live by, it defines us, it defeats cancer, diabetes, lymphoma, it helps us overcome heartache, heart breaks, and the heaviness of this world, and ultimately, Faith guides us, it keeps us, it reassures and comforts us...

Faith carried me when the world I was living in collapsed around me, Faith carried me through the deaths of my sisters, and other family members, I can rest easy based on the Faith that they had... They are in heaven above... Faith encourages us, Faith is our friend when it seems we have no friends, and Faith is our ally when we feel defenseless, I am not sure who this message of Faith is for, but God has placed it in my heart for someone today, right now, and I have Faith that the person or people who need it, will receive it... Faith... Gotta have Faith...

Helping Oneself In 2013, I became deathly ill, requiring several surgeries, five months in the hospital, and a long, slow, recovery period, one in which I am still participating, over ten years later. To whom to you belong? I mean who is in control of your feelings, emotions, heart, mind, and soul? Is it yourself? Is it just time and chance? Is it the one who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy you? The truth is for many of us, we just don't know... For much of my life, I knew that there was a "god", I knew that we just didn't appear here on earth one day, but as far as having a "god" to whom I belonged was a foreign thought to me, I just didn't get it...
